This Agreement does not include roadway typical section studies or pavement design studies. <br /> Existing and proposed typical section elements,including pavement cores and proposed <br /> pavement sections,will be provided by the City. <br /> 16. This Agreement does not include traffic data collection or traffic forecasting. <br /> 17. This Agreement does not include roadway lighting design. <br /> 18. This Agreement does not include utility potholing. <br /> 19. This Agreement does not include construction engineering services. Construction engineering <br /> services for will be provided by a subsequent Agreement. <br /> 20. This Agreement does not include any permitting from the Township. Clark Dietz will coordinate <br /> with the Township for notification purposes only. Any additional requirements for easements,or <br /> permitting are not included in scope. <br /> 21. Clark Dietz will incorporate the Illinois Jobs Act requirements as part of the bid document <br /> specifications. <br /> 22. This agreement assumes that the existing casing pipe under interstate I-72 is in good working <br /> condition,and will be utilized for this project. No investigation of the casing pipe is included in <br /> the scope. <br /> 23. This agreement assumes that an existing easement agreement with the local Railroad owner will <br /> be utilized for this project.No additional Railroad permitting is assumed for this project.
