Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1. regarding <br /> Faries Parkway Concrete Patching, City Project 2025-36.be. and the same is hereby,received,placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the quote provided by William Charles Construction in the amount of S57,725 <br /> and a S7,275 project contingency be accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That it is in the best interests to waive any and all requirements regarding bidding <br /> of this project and that the project is awarded to William Charles Construction due to the project <br /> location being within their current work zone, under their current traffic control, under their current <br /> railroad permits and flaggers that will allow the work to be completed without undue delay. <br /> Section 4. That the Mayor and City Clerk be. and they are hereby. authorized and directed to <br /> execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur.
