Q OPENGOV <br /> Data Export For a data export,Customer will provide OpenGov the required format <br /> and a sample document. <br /> OpenGov will export the data based on the required format and put the <br /> files onto Customer's FTP as often as nightly. <br /> OpenGov intends to Export file for Customer to load into their Court <br /> System (Incode). <br /> Bluebeam OpenGov will enable any attachment to click"Open in Bluebeam <br /> Integration Studio"to start or continue a collaborative document markup/review <br /> session in Bluebeam. Bluebeam access not included. <br /> • Requires Bluebeam Studio Prime license(s). <br /> Autof ills <br /> Premium Allow for dynamic search within the application form to auto-populate a <br /> set of form fields. <br /> • Premium autofill is used for data managed by Customer through <br /> a flat file. <br /> • Data sets may be more than 100k rows. <br /> • Premium Azure search,and can be updated as often as nightly. <br /> This SOW assumes the creation of 4 Premium Autofills: <br /> • Contractor Table- in DB2 <br /> • Code Database-Violation table for CE <br /> • Municipal Landscape Contractor- Pricing table <br /> • Customer's Court System (Incode) <br /> Functionality Description <br /> Confirmation Customer confirms OpenGov has created 4 Record Types. <br /> User OpenGov will require Customer to validate <br /> Acceptance • Application is working as intended <br /> Testing(admin) o Internal processes and or workflows <br /> o Front End processes(Public views) <br /> • The administrator knows how to: <br /> o Make changes <br /> o Troubleshoot problems <br /> o Create or configure new Record Types <br /> 20 <br />
