The singular application will support a subset of request types of up to 5 different <br /> requests. The application information is derived from information shared by the client and general <br /> information related to citizen requests. <br /> Applications and Associated Subtypes: <br /> 1. Streets and Sewers Report an Issue (5 Subtypes) <br /> 2. Land and Building Report an Issue (5 Subtypes) <br /> 3. Water Services Report an Issue (5 Subtypes) <br /> 4. Water Production Report an Issue (5 Subtypes) <br /> 5. Engineering Report an Issue (5 Subtypes) <br /> Additional cross-application features and process enhancements are outlined in the Custom <br /> Enhancements section below. <br /> Process details are based on the documents provided by the client. These documents will guide <br /> project development and planning.
