Custom Enhancements <br /> • For all application types: <br /> o Application Configuration: <br /> One Connect application will be created for each division/category. Each will include <br /> selectable subtypes provided by the client. <br /> o Subtype Behavior: <br /> Application will dynamically update based on the subtype selected in the first step of <br /> the application. There is one application for each division/category, but the workflow <br /> will create a separate request type based on the subtype defined. For this scope, 5 <br /> request types will be created within Elements. During the initial review of the project <br /> after kickoff, clients can define how each subtype will be routed. This will need to be <br /> provided prior to the start of work on the application. <br /> o Applicant Notifications: <br /> This default scope for citizen requests allows for anonymous submittal of requests. If <br /> the client chooses to allow anonymous submittal, Novotx cannot guarantee email <br /> notifications at time of submittal and status changes as defined in the base deliverables. <br /> The email field can be set to required within the form, but there is no way to validate <br /> that this is a valid email. The workflow process will try to send an email but is unable to <br /> verify that the applicant has received it. By not allowing anonymous submittal, the client <br /> would be required to create a Connect account which requires email validation after <br /> creation. Requiring the creation of Connect accounts also allows for the use of <br /> discussion messages and uploading attachments after submittal. <br />
