Lake Decatur Watershed Management Plan—Scope of Services& Budget <br /> Lake Decatur Watershed Management 2026-2027 <br /> January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027 <br /> Task Summary Description <br /> Task 1 • Finalize 9-element plan for Goose Creek under awarded Section <br /> Nine Element Watershed Plan for 319 grant. <br /> Goose Creek • Contingent on Illinois EPA Section 319 grant,to be initiated in 2025. <br /> Task 2 • Finalize 9-element plan for Finley Creek under awarded Section 319 <br /> grant. <br /> Nine Element'Watershed Plan for Finley • Initiated in late 2024, 319 grant award will be used to complete in <br /> Creek <br /> 2026. <br /> Task 3 • Initiate 9-element subwatershed plan for Spring Lake and Madden <br /> Creek beginning in 2027. <br /> Nine Element Plans—Spring Lake— • Awaitingnotice of Section 319 funding <br /> Sangamon River and Madden Creek opportunity and subsequent <br /> grant award prior to commencing. <br /> • Compile annual grant applications. <br /> Task 4 <br /> • Finalize awarded grant agreements and notices to proceed. <br /> 319 Grant Applications& Management <br /> • Assist City staff with Section 319 grant management and reporting. <br /> City staff have assumed an active role for this task. Spheros will assist <br /> the City with the following as requested: <br /> • RCPP negotiations and agreements (if necessary). <br /> Task 5 <br /> • Partner coordination and contribution tracking. <br /> RCPPz Management& Execution • Outcome measurement, RCPP-specific monitoring and tracking. <br /> • Landowner outreach (if necessary). <br /> • Program budgets and management. <br /> City staff have assumed an active role for this task.
