Lake Decatur Watershed Management Plan—Scope of Services& Budget <br /> Task Summary Description <br /> • Support the City with special projects if requested. Some of which <br /> Task 7 <br /> may include: anchored floating treatment wetlands, conservation <br /> Special Project Advancement practices on City-owned properties, development and use <br /> optimization of the Oakley sediment dewatering basin. <br /> Task 8 <br /> Section 319 Grant BMP Engineering& • Survey, design, permitting and engineering for 319 grant projects. <br /> Design <br /> • Continue coordination with the Illinois State Water Survey(ISWS) <br /> regarding monitoring at four stations (Sangamon at Cisco bridge, <br /> Long Creek, Friends Creek, and Sand Creek). <br /> Task 9 • Continue automatic monitoring station operation, maintenance <br /> and management at Cisco Bridge in partnership with NGRREC. <br /> Watershed Monitoring Program • Storm-event sampling at four watershed stations and continued <br /> monitoring of Dewitt Wellfield BMP site. <br /> • Data management and annual report for the four watershed <br /> monitoring stations. <br /> • Sustainable sediment management alternatives and preliminary <br /> analyses. <br /> Task 10 • Lake sediment sample collection and laboratory analysis(if <br /> needed). <br /> Lake Sediment Planning& Management • Analysis of lake sediment transport dynamics. <br /> • 2027 bathymetric surveying to be performed for prioritized areas <br /> and cross-sections to inform lake sediment management planning. <br /> Task 11 • Budget for general consulting for out-of-scope services or support <br /> that may be requested, such as assistance with 2026 and 2027 City- <br /> General Consulting funded BMP projects. <br /> Task 12 • Budget allocated for annual maintenance/hosting, and update of <br /> Online Watershed Management System system with new subwatersheds as the plans are completed. <br /> SPFIER%S <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL <br />
