Monitor project costs. <br /> g. Coordinate quality assurance reviews. <br /> h. Schedule and conduct project meetings at key milestones (no more than 3 <br /> meetings). <br /> 15. Unforeseen Work (If Needed): <br /> a. Should a necessary work item arise that is not included in this scope of <br /> services, Engineer will discuss the magnitude of the work item with the <br /> COD to determine if it can be included in the available fee. If the work item <br /> can be accommodated by the available fee, COD will authorize the <br /> Engineer to perform this work under this Task number. <br /> Deliverables include: <br /> a. Construction plans, bidding documents, contracting documents, and <br /> technical specifications suitable for public bidding of the transmission main <br /> in accordance with COD rules and requirements. <br /> b. Utility crossing permits from IDOT, railroad and possibly others. <br /> c. Regulatory permit application and supporting documents for the COD to <br /> obtain an IEPA permit to construct and operate the improvements. <br /> d. Regulatory permit application and supporting documents for the COD to <br /> obtain an IEPA stormwater pollution permit for the disturbance associated <br /> with the improvements. <br /> e. Engineer's Opinions of Probable Construction Cost at the prescribed <br /> milestones. <br /> f.
