Docusign Envelope ID:846AEA37-4DCA-4AD4-9A27-7568F741141 E <br /> PART-TIME WEBMASTER CONTRACT <br /> This Contract for Part-Time Webmaster Services (the "Contract") is entered into on <br /> 12/1/2025 , by and between Pulse Marketing LLC, an Illinois limited liability <br /> company, located at 350 Massachusetts Ave #257, Indianapolis, IN 46204 ("Contractor"), and <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, located at 1 Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, IL, 62523 ("Client"). <br /> 1. SERVICES: <br /> Contractor agrees to provide the following part-time webmaster services to Client: <br /> a. Website Maintenance and Updates: Regularly updating content, ensuring that the website is <br /> functioning correctly, and making necessary changes or improvements. <br /> b. Technical Support: Troubleshooting technical issues on the website, such as broken links, <br /> page errors, or server problems. <br /> c. Content Management: Overseeing or directly managing the creation and publication of <br /> content, including text, images, and videos. <br /> d. User Experience and Design: Ensuring the website is user-friendly and visually appealing, <br /> including layout, design, and navigation. <br /> e. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Implementing strategies to improve the website's visibility <br /> and ranking in search engine results. <br /> f. Performance Monitoring: Using tools to monitor website traffic, user engagement, and <br /> performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. <br /> g. Compliance: Ensuring the website complies with legal standards and regulations, such as <br /> privacy policies and accessibility guidelines. <br /> h. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Working with various stakeholders, including content <br /> creators, marketing teams, IT professionals, and upper management. <br /> i. Training and Guidance: Providing training or guidance to other team members on web-related <br /> tasks and best practices. <br /> 2. TERM: <br /> The term of this Contract shall commence on January 1, 2026, and shall continue for a period of <br /> twelve (12) months, ending on December 31, 2026, unless terminated earlier as provided <br /> herein. At the end of the initial term, and at the end of each subsequent 12-month term, this <br /> Contract may be renewed for an additional 12-month term upon mutual written agreement of <br />
