RESOLUTION NO. L ' <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY OF DECATUR TO ENTER INTO PURCHASE <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF A PIERCE ENFORCER AERIAL LADDER FIRE <br /> APPARATUS FROM MACQUEEN EMERGENCY AND AGREEMENT FOR DEBT <br /> FINANCING OF APPARATUS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into a <br /> contract to acquire the fire apparatus from Pierce Manufacturing's dealer MacQueen Emergency, <br /> St. Paul, Minnesota as per the terms set forth in the attached and marked Exhibit A. <br /> Section 2.
