Includes Qty.2 new roof penetrations.Top Quality Roofing performing roof patches of new penetrations to <br /> sustain warranty. <br /> 3. Includes Hangar Blocks(per code)on roof to support and paint new condensing pipe. <br /> 4. Crane rental included. <br /> 5. Includes refilling of system with proper mixture of glycol. <br /> 6. BFV's have been added to the quote by request of AEX for Strainer isolation. <br /> Above work for the sum of$63,700.00 <br /> Items of clarification: <br /> 1. This proposal does not include electrical work. <br /> 2. This proposal does not include removal of existing condensing water pipe. <br /> 3.
