Excerpts from Plan Commission Meeting of February 5, 2026: <br /> Case No. 26-01 Petition of JAMIEL W QATOUM to rezone the property located at <br /> EAST DIVISION STREET from R-5 Two Family Residence District to B-i <br /> Neighborhood Shopping District <br /> It was moved and seconded (Maurice Payne/Josh Prasun) to forward Case No. 26-01 <br /> to the City Council with a recommendation of approval as set forth in the staff report. <br /> Kylie Reynolds presented the staff's recommendation for approval of the petition based on the <br /> staff report distributed to the Plan Commission prior to the meeting(staff report is on file and is <br /> available for review by request). <br /> Jamiel W. Qatoum, Petitioner,was sworn in by Amy Goodman to answer questions. Questions <br /> and discussion with staff and Petitioner. <br /> Upon call of the roll,Commission members Bobby Garner,Maurice Payne,Andrew <br /> Taylor, James Schwarz, Josh Prasun, James Oliver,voted aye.
