RESOLUTION NO. R)_oa- <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGAGEMENT OF <br /> PRESIDIO INC FOR MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT,AND MIGRATION SERVICES <br /> FOR THE CITY PHONE SYSTEM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the contract presented to the Council herewith from Presidio Inc for <br /> maintenance, support, and migration services of the telephony system attached and marked <br /> Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
