RESOLUTION NO.(b-ua(f)—48 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED FARMLAND <br /> CONSERVATION PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR WATERWAY AND SEDIMENT <br /> CONTROL BASIN IMPROVEMENTS WITH EMILY BALDWIN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Lake Decatur Watershed Farmland Conservation Program <br /> Agreement,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, between the <br /> City of Decatur and Emily Baldwin, and the same is hereby received,placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
