Docusign Envelope ID:DD5816EB-67CB-4766-8BD2-AF6385EB071C <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED FARMLAND CONSERVATION PROGRAM <br /> PROTECTION PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br /> In consideration of the foregoing recitals,the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter <br /> set forth, and for good and valuable consideration, the receipt, sufficiency and adequacy of which <br /> are hereby acknowledged, this Agreement("Agreement")is entered into by and between Emily <br /> Baldwin("Owner")and the City of Decatur, Illinois,an Illinois municipal corporation("City"). <br /> The parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Owner agrees to participate in City's Lake Decatur Watershed Protection("Program")for <br /> soil erosion control, nutrient management and water quality improvements for property they own <br /> located in Macon, County, Illinois more particularly described as <br /> The Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, and the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 <br /> and the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, all of said real <br /> estate being situated in Section Twenty six(26), Township Sixteen (16)North, <br /> Range Three(3)East of the 3rd PM, and; also, Lots One(1) and Two (2) of <br /> Merris&Fletcher's Subdivision in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 and <br /> the North 35 acres of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4, except that portion <br /> deeded for cemetery purposes, all situated in said Section 26, Township 16 <br /> North, Range 3 East of the 3rd PM, as per Plat recorded in Book 335, on Page <br /> 157 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, subject <br /> to the reservation by Amos W Fahrnkopf of a 1/2 interest in an existing lease <br /> of the premises for oil, gas and other minerals, situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois, except a tract described as follows:Beginning at the Northwest <br /> corner of said Northwest 1/4 Section 26; thence Easterly 209.0 feet along the <br /> North line of said Northwest 1/4 Section 26; thence Southerly 624 feet along a <br /> line parallel with the West line of said Northwest 1/4 Section 26; thence <br /> 1 of 6 <br />
