During the bidding period Clark Dietz, Inc. received 2 <br /> written questions from contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.All questions were addressed by addendums to <br /> the contract documents prior to the bid opening. <br /> Four sealed bids from general contractors were received, opened, and read aloud on Wednesday March 25, 2026. <br /> at 11:00 a.m. in the Engineering Office conference room at the Civic Center.The original bids were scanned and <br /> reviewed by Clark Dietz, Inc.The following is a summary of the bids including our Engineer's Estimate of Probable <br /> Construction Costs. Two bids were found to have math errors when the As-Read amount was compared to the As- <br /> Calculated amount. <br /> Table 1 shows the Base Bid apparent lower bidder(As-Calculated)is under the Engineering Estimate by just under <br /> 17%.
