L. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. fk)-(`) }(, <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED FARMLAND <br /> CONSERVATION PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR WATERWAY AND SEDIMENT <br /> CONTROL BASIN IMPROVEMENTS WITH FLATLAND FARMS CRAYCROFT LLC <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Lake Decatur Watershed Farmland Conservation Program <br /> Agreement, presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, between the <br /> City of Decatur and Flatland Farms Craycroft LLC, and the same is hereby received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
