The parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Owner agrees to participate in City's Lake Decatur Watershed Protection("Program") for <br /> soil erosion control,nutrient management and water quality improvements for property they own <br /> located in Macon, County, Illinois more particularly described as <br /> Parcel 1: The East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Sixteen (16) <br /> North, Range Two (2)East of the 3rd PM, EXCEPT the West 1 rod thereof AND EXCEPT the <br /> North 40 acres thereof and referenced as Tract 1 on Plat of Survey dated October 14, 2019 and <br /> revised October 16, 2019 and prepared by Robert M. Cox, Illinois Professional Land Surveyor <br /> No. 3779. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> Parcel 2: The Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section Thirty-six(36), Township Sixteen <br /> (16)North, Range Two (2)East of the 3rd PM, EXCEPT the South 31.27 rods of the West <br /> 38.36 rods thereof and EXCEPT the North 882 feet of the West 530 feet thereof AND EXCEPT <br /> the North one rod thereof and referenced as Tract 3 on Plat of Survey dated October 14, 2019 <br /> and revised October 16, 2019 and prepared by Robert M.
