RESOLUTION NO. R2026 —77 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING TIRE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BRIDGESTONE <br /> AMERICA'S TIRE OPERATIONS,LLC AND CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC and <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois,presented to the City Council as Exhibit A,be received and placed on <br /> file. <br /> Section 2. That the Agreement with Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC in the <br /> amount of$129,784.75 be hereby accepted, and a purchase order issued accordingly. <br /> Section 3.That the City Manager or her designee be,and is hereby,authorized and directed <br /> to execute the Agreement and issue a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and <br /> Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC in an amount not to exceed $129,784.75. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 6th day of April 2026. <br /> U E MOORE WOLFE, MAY ' <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KI BANKS, CITY CLERK <br />
