Excerpts from Plan Commission Meeting of April 2, 2026: <br /> Case No. 26-03 Petition of TYLER WALKER to rezone the property located at 1501 <br /> EAST ELDORADO STREET from B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District to B-2 <br /> Commercial District <br /> It was moved and seconded (A.G. Webber/Josh Prasun) to forward Case No. 26-03 to <br /> the City Council with a recommendation of approval as set forth in the staff report. <br /> Kylie Reynolds presented the staff's recommendation for approval of the petition based on the <br /> staff report distributed to the Plan Commission prior to the meeting(staff report is on file and is <br /> available for review by request). <br /> A representative for the Petitioner was present to answer questions.
