Excerpts from Plan Commission Meeting of May 7, 2026: <br /> Case No. 26-04 Petition of JOHN AND CINDY SELLERS to rezone the properties <br /> located at 2500 W. MAIN STREET and 2506 W. MAIN STREET from R-5 Two <br /> Family Residence District to R-3 Single Family Residence District <br /> It was moved and seconded (A.G. Webber/Matt Naber) to forward Case No. 26-04 to <br /> the City Council with a recommendation of approval as set forth in the staff report. <br /> Kylie Reynolds presented the staff's recommendation for approval of the petition based on the <br /> staff report distributed to the Plan Commission prior to the meeting(staff report is on file and is <br /> available for review by request). <br /> There were no representatives present for the petitioner. <br /> Upon call of the roll, Commission members A.G. Webber, Susie Peck, Andrew <br /> Taylor, Josh Prasun,James Oliver, voted aye. Motion carried. <br />
