• November 19, 2012 —City Council approved Resolution R2012-189, authorizing Execution of <br /> Agreement for Energy Performance Contract Project Development. <br /> • May 18, 2015 - City Council approved the Maintenance Agreement. <br /> • February 4, 2019—Resolution No. R2019-23 City Council approved a 3-year agreement for Itron <br /> Analytics Hosting Services in the amount of$64,452.64. <br /> This is a yearly software agreement with Itron. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: None foreseen. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, Public Works Director, Jason Lawson, Water Services Manager.
