Buffett Foundation (HGBF) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of 2026, by and between the <br /> County of Macon (herein called the "Grantee") and (herein called the <br /> "Subrecipient"). <br /> WHEREAS, the Grantee wishes to award $325,000 to the Subrecipient to assist the Grantee in <br /> utilizing HGBF funds for the purpose of one (1) Pierce/Frontline C-22 Crisis Negotiation Vehicle. <br /> WHEREAS,this Agreement shall make the Subrecipient a subrecipient/pass-through entity.The <br /> Subrecipient shall carry out the project on behalf of the County using funding provided by <br /> HGBF. <br /> THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and conditions hereinafter set forth,the County <br /> and the Subrecipient agree as follows: <br /> 1. Terms of the agreement: <br /> a. The Subrecipient must submit a W-9 form. <br /> b. Subaward Budget Period Start and End Date:The Subaward budget period shall <br /> begin on April, 10th 2026, and shall end on March 31, 2027. <br /> c. Amount of Funds Obligated by this Agreement by the County to the <br /> Subrecipient:Three Hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000). <br /> d. Funds are to be used to purchase: one (1) Pierce/Frontline C-22 Crisis <br /> Negotiation Vehicle. <br /> e. Subrecipient must submit supporting documents,such as invoices, within 30 <br /> days of the purchase of equipment as stated in this agreement. <br /> f. Subrecipient shall promptly reimburse Macon County for any unobligated funds. <br /> g.
