R3.034 - ) a-1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH BURNS & MCDONNELL ENGINEERING COMPANY,INC.,TO <br /> PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES TO THE CITY OF DECATUR FOR THE <br /> SOUTH WATER TREATMENT EXPANSION PLAN, CITY PROJECT 2025-03 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement for Burns & <br /> McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc.,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and <br /> made a part hereof, between the City of Decatur and Burns& McDonnell Engineering Company, <br /> Inc., and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
