RESOLUTION NO.b O (p I' 1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED FARMLAND <br /> CONSERVATION PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR A STREAMBANK <br /> IMPROVEMENT WITH RONALD R. HELM AND JEANNE E. HELM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Lake Decatur Watershed Farmland Conservation Program <br /> Agreement, presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, between the <br /> City of Decatur and Ronald R. Helm and Jeanne E. Helm and the same is hereby received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute <br /> said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Ronald R. Helm and Jeanne E.
