This Agreement does not include roadway typical section studies or pavement design studies. <br /> Existing and proposed typical section elements, including pavement cores and proposed <br /> pavement sections,will be provided by the City. <br /> 16. This Agreement does not include traffic data collection or traffic forecasting. <br /> 17. This Agreement does not include roadway lighting design. <br /> 18. This Agreement does not include utility potholing. <br /> 19. This Agreement does not include construction engineering services. Construction engineering <br /> services will be provided by a subsequent Agreement. <br /> 20. The project limits are bounded by Center Street to the south, McClellan Avenue to the East, <br /> Ravina Park Road to the north and Summit Avenue to the west, with some additional work <br /> possible west of Summit Avenue, north of Harrison Avenue. <br /> 21. This agreement does not include Geotechnical investigation. If those services are required, the <br /> City will provide that information as part of a separate agreement. <br /> 22.
