R2026 — I!o 0 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MAILING SERVICE AND PRICE <br /> PROPOSAL OF QUICKSILVER MAILING SERVICES TO PROVIDE <br /> MAILING SERVICES TO THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Mailing Service and Price Proposal presented herewith to <br /> the City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Quicksilver Mailing Services, <br /> be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
