Exhibit A.1 27. This Agreement includes working with the City to prepare the required engineering checklist for engineering services reimbursement as part of the IEPA SRF loan. 28. This Agreement assumes that existing City homeowner agreements for service line replacement, and associated restoration forms will be utilized. Creating new forms is not included in this scope of work. 29. This Agreement includes revising and mailing existing Public Outreach materials such as FAQ's, door hangers, introduction letters, etc. 30. This Agreement includes providing a local phone number for residents to call for program sign- up, and general questions. The scope includes 240 hours of call center support. 31. This Agreement includes providing canvassing support for the defined project area. The scope assumes 2 Clark Dietz staff for 10 days,plus expenses. A-5
