In addition,vendor must provide the <br /> City&Civic Center with an inspection report detailing the work that was done at each <br /> location. <br /> Technical Specifications <br /> The following services are to be performed: <br /> Full Monthly Service Including Oil and Grease Maintenance(including,but not limited to <br /> the following) <br /> Work to be performed Monthly—Full service is defined as any maintenance,repair and <br /> replacement needed to the elevators to keep the system functioning as designed by the <br /> manufacturer. <br /> • The contractor will cover all repairs and replacement at no additional costs to <br /> the City for labor,parts or materials. <br /> • Contractor will not be expected to cover costs of repairs or replacement due to <br /> Acts of God,vandalism or willful damage caused by City personnel. <br /> • Contractor will examine elevators including cleaning and oiling machine, <br /> motor, signal devices, interlocks and controller, greasing or oiling guides and <br /> making adjustments. <br /> • Periodic cleaning of equipment and pit, hatch, tracks, door hangers, switches <br /> and car top. <br /> 2 <br />
