(40-)419' <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED FARMLAND <br /> CONSERVATION PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR A STREAMBANK <br /> STABILIZATION IMPROVEMENT WITH RITA JO RANDOL <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Lake Decatur Watershed Farmland Conservation Program <br /> Agreement, presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, between the <br /> City of Decatur and Rita Jo Randol and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
