That the Agreement for a sanitary sewer crossing under the Norfolk Southern <br /> Railroad on Jasper Street, presented to the City Council herewith, as Exhibit 1 and made part <br /> hereof. between the City of Decatur and the Norfolk Southern Railway Company be. and the <br /> same hereby. received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
