That the proposed improvement shall consist of Resurfacing or reconstructing various streets with <br /> hot-mix asphalt surface of depths specified. Cement stabalized base will be used as specified. The work <br /> includes removal, replacement or adjustment of manholes, catch basins and valve boxes. Crack filling and <br /> C & D patching is also included. <br /> and shall be constructed Varies wide <br /> and be designated as Section 15-00508-00-FP <br /> 2.
