The Street Restoration project is part of
the annual maintenance program that generally consists of milling off a portion of an existing
asphalt street surface and placing a new asphalt concrete surface course that restores the integrity
of the street surface. The 2015 project will perform mill and overlay work on portions of Mound
Road and Franklin Street. Arbor Drive will be reconstructed as the material underneath the
Page 11
