Work on Franklin Street will <br /> not begin until after the Decatur Celebration. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATION: <br /> 1. Budget Impact: The proposed resolutions appropriate $1,300,000 in Motor Fuel Tax funds <br /> for the Street Restoration project and $140,000 in Motor Fuel Tax funds for the Micro <br /> Surfacing project for a total appropriated amount of$1,440,000 in Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> 2.
