Code 1535.310 (Exhibit C1) and the most current <br /> revision of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), by the City. <br /> (f) Renewal of the pavement cross-hatching and stop bars on the northeast and <br /> southwest highway approaches, in accordance with Exhibit C2, by the City. <br /> Section 3 The Company has provided a preliminary"order of magnitude" cost estimate <br /> (Exhibit B)for the installation of automatic flashing light signals and gates and installation of <br /> a railroad interconnect cable from the railroad crossing controller unit inside the new railroad <br /> crossing signal bungalow to a junction box mounted on the outside of the new railroad <br /> crossing signal bungalow. The City shall, upon issuance of a Commission <br /> Order, according to the requirements contained therein, prepare and submit any required <br /> drawings and specifications for the interconnect cable run for the approval of the <br /> Commission and IDOT. The City agrees that an appropriate time for the submission should <br /> be ninety (90) days from the date of a Commission Order approving this Agreement. <br /> 2 <br />
