COST GCPF CITY COMPANY [DOT <br /> Install Automatic Flashing Light <br /> Signals and Gates, controlled by (95%) (5%) <br /> CWT Circuitry $281,566- $267,4881 $0 $14,0781.2 $0 <br /> Install Interconnect Cable from Traffic <br /> Signal Controller Unit to Junction Box (100%) <br /> Mounted on CSX Signal Bungalow $27,000 $27,0003 $03.4 1 $0 $0 <br /> Rehabilitate Northeast Highway <br /> Approach; Renew"RXR",Cross-hatch, No Estimate <br /> and Stop Bar Pavement Markings Required 0% 100%5 0% 1 0% <br /> TOTALS $308,566 $294,48813 $--3,4A $14,0781,2 . $0 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1 Total GCPF assistance for the required automatic warning devices not to exceed $267,488;any installation <br /> costs above the total estimated amount of$281,566 will be divided in the same percentages noted above, <br /> upon submittal and review of evidence to support the additional cost and subject to.approval by the <br /> Commission. <br /> 2 Company responsible for all future operation and maintenance costs associated with the new automatic <br /> warning devices. <br /> 3 Total GCPF assistance for costs associated with the interconnect cable installation between the Company's <br /> junction box mounted on the crossing signal bungalow and the traffic signal controller unit not to exceed <br /> $27,000; any installation costs above the total estimated amount of$27,000 will be divided in the same <br /> percentages noted above, upon submittal and review of evidence to support the additional cost and subject <br /> to approval by the Commission. <br /> 4 City responsible for all future maintenance costs associated with the interconnect cable between the <br /> Company's junction box mounted on the crossing signal bungalow and the traffic signal controller unit. <br /> 5 City responsible for all construction and future maintenance costs associated with the northeast highway <br /> approach rehabilitation and the"RXR",cross-hatch, and stop bar pavement markings. <br /> Section 6 The City is financially able and willing to pay a portion of the cost for the <br /> proposed improvements as may be assigned by the Order and indicates this intent by <br /> Resolution incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit D. The City shall submit a certified <br /> copy of their Resolution at the same time as the Execution Page of this Agreement is <br /> submitted to the Commission. <br /> Section 7 Special Provisions: The Commission should grant a variance from the grade <br /> requirements of 92 III. Adm. Code Part 1535.204 to the City for the southwest highway <br /> approach, and the City should be allowed to maintain the southwest highway approach to <br /> the existing grades as shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br /> 3 <br />
