AMENDMENT TO LEASE <br /> The City of Decatur(City) and the Decatur Public Building Commission (Commission) <br /> amend their Lease for the Dispatch Center in the Law Enforcement Center so that Section B Term <br /> and Rent shall read as follows: <br /> B. The term of this Lease began on June 7, 2014, and will end on December 31, 2015, <br /> with an annual rental of Thirty-one Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-five Dollars ($31,765.00)to <br /> be paid in monthly installments of Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-seven and 08/100ths <br /> Dollars ($2,647.08), with the first payment due on June 7, 2014 and the succeeding payments <br /> due on the first day of each month thereafter.
