Illinois Department Resolution for Improvement by Municipality Under the Illinois j of Transportation Highway Code BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Council or President and Board of Trustees City of Decatur, Illinois City,Town or Village that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code: I Name of Thoroughfare Route From To Fairview Avenue(IL 48) FAP 716 Marietta Street South Side Drive BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, 1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of The improvement of approximately 1.97 miles of FAP 716 from Marietta Street to South Side Drive by pavement patching, hot-mix asphalt surface removal, hot-mix asphalt resurfacing, detector loops, inlet adjustment, pavement marking, and other necessary work. The work shall include resurfacing each approach of West Main Street at Fairview Avenue and the east approach of West Sunset Avenue at Fairview Avenue and shall be constructed variable wide and be designated as Section 11-00122-00-FP 2. That there is hereby appropriated the(additional ® Yes ❑ No) sum of _ Five Thousand, Eight Hundred Eight Dollars and 49/100---------------- ------- Dollars( $5,808.49 )for the improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds. 3.
