The two copies have signatures from Todd Mason (Beach House)and Jack <br /> Kenny(President of the Park Board of Commissioners). Once the City has approved the agreement, <br /> please send one fully executed agreement to the Park District's Administration Office and keep the <br /> second copy for the City records. We will make certain Todd gets a copy of the fully executed <br /> agreement as well. <br /> If you have any further questions, please contact Ed Booth, Bill or me.
