Anderson Plaza <br /> Decatur, Illinois 62523 <br /> Dear Mr. Newell: <br /> Attached is a revised Exhibit A to the Intergovernmental Agreement for Local <br /> Agency Maintenance of Traffic Control Devices between the State of Illinois <br /> and the City of Decatur. The exhibit has been revised to include the <br /> installation of the signals at ILL. Route 48 and Boyd Road. <br /> Upon acceptance by the State of Illinois of the traffic signals, the division for <br /> the maintenance and energy responsibility shall be as follows: <br /> Maintenance Energy <br /> State Share 50% 50% <br /> City Share 50% 50% <br /> It is understood the maintenance shall be performed by the City either with <br /> its own force or through an ongoing contractual agreement, and that the <br /> electrical energy supplied by the services to power the signal may be <br /> reimbursed under the revisions of the Intergovernmental Agreement for <br /> Local Agency Maintenance of Traffic Control Devices at the percentages <br /> shown above and listed on the Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> A copy of this letter is attached. If you are in agreement with the terms in <br /> this letter, please sign both copies of this letter, and return the copy to us. <br /> The original is for your file. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
