Council Narrative November 2014 <br /> 121S. 19th St. This case started in August 2013. Water service was terminated on December 8, 2010. <br /> The gas and electric meters are both locked in the off position. Interior walls, ceilings and floor show <br /> significant damage due to a leak in the roof. Most of the electrical wiring has been removed and cut at <br /> the box. The copper plumbing has been removed.There is a hole in the garage roof as well. <br /> 345 N.251h St. This case started in March 2014. Water service was terminated on June 25, 2013. The <br /> gas and electric meters are both locked in the off position. There is a large hole cut in the kitchen floor <br /> to remove the utilities below. There is severe structural damage to the basement. The front steps have <br /> separated from the house. There are holes in walls and ceilings throughout. The front porch supports <br /> are compromised. <br /> 152 S.College St. This case started in July 2014. Water service was terminated on July 10, 2013. The <br /> gas and electric meters are both locked in the off position. There is no furnace or water heater. Copper <br /> gas and water lines have been removed throughout. Most plumbing has been removed. There is loose <br /> and bare electrical wiring. There are several broken windows with jagged glass remaining. <br /> 1500 E. Condit St. This case started in August 2011. Water service was terminated January 1, 2009. The <br /> gas and electric meters are both locked in the off position. This is the old Coppenbarger school. The <br /> property has been left unsecured on several occasions with the City returning to secure. There is much <br /> vandalism inside. There are broken windows with jagged glass remaining. Copper and other elements <br /> have been removed. <br /> 630 E. Decatur St. This case started in January 2014. Water service was terminated January 1, 2002. <br /> The electric and gas meters have both been removed. There is a hole in the roof and shingles are <br /> missing. The porch ceiling is rotted and falling. There are exposed,deteriorated rafters. <br /> 675 W. Leafland Ave. This case started in February 2014. Water service was terminated January 28, <br /> 2014. The electric and gas meters have both been removed. Plumbing lines have busted from lack of <br /> winterization and at the initial inspection the house was full of ice. There is significant damage to walls, <br /> floors and ceilings. Heating and electrical systems are questionable. <br /> 769 W Macon St. This case started in April 2010.Water service was terminated on January 6, 2011. The <br /> gas and electric meters are both locked in the off position. The house has rotted siding and roof <br /> shingles are deteriorated,curling and falling off. The chimney has loose brick, some of which have fallen <br /> off of the house. <br /> 965 E. Main St. This case was started in May 2012. The water is currently on. The electric meter has <br /> been removed and the gas meter is locked in the off position. The roof is deteriorated with shingles <br /> falling onto the neighboring property. There is water damage throughout from the roof and plumbing <br /> leaks. There is significant damage to the floors, walls and ceilings. There are broken windows with <br /> jagged glass remaining. <br />
