1412 N. Monroe St. This case started in October 2013. Water service was terminated on August 3, <br /> 2011. The gas and electric meters are both removed. The rear porch ceiling is rotted and falling in. <br /> There is an open hole in the soffit and loose and missing roof shingles. There is rotted siding and rotted <br /> and exposed joists. <br /> 1137 E. Moore St. This case started in May 2013. Water service was terminated on September 21, <br /> 2010. The gas meter is locked in the off position and the electric meter has been removed. The roof is <br /> deteriorated with shingles brittle and missing. The garage roof has a large open hole. <br /> 1716 Moundford Court. This case started in May 2006. Water service was terminated on April 17, <br /> 2007. The gas meter is locked in the off position and the electric meter has been removed. The house is <br /> full of debris and there is mold throughout. There are signs of plumbing leaks and sections of the ceiling <br /> have been removed exposing the mold on the insulation and drywall. <br /> 2473 E. North St. This case started in March 2014. Water service was terminated on October 19, 2009. <br /> The gas meter is not visible and the electric meter is locked in the off position. The exterior stairs to the <br /> second story apartment are deteriorated to the point where they are unsafe. There are holes in the <br /> exterior siding. The interior is full of debris. There are open holes in the interior walls,floors and <br /> ceilings. <br /> 592 S. Oakland Ave. This case started in October 2011. Water service was terminated on October 11, <br /> 2007. The gas and electric meters have both been removed. There is no furnace or water heater. The <br /> roof leaks. Plumbing lines are missing and electrical is questionable. The front porch has been <br /> removed and there are no steps to the door. The interior has been stripped to the studs. <br /> 1121 E. Prairie Ave. This case started in January 2012. Roosevelt Ave. This case started in April 2014. Water service was terminated on October 2, <br /> 2013. The gas and electric meters are both locked in the off position. The foundation is failing with <br /> large open gaps and the structure is bowed outward. There is rotted wood siding,trim, soffits and <br /> fascia. <br /> 1140 W.Sunset Ave. This case started in August 2014. Water service was terminated March 12, 2007. <br /> The gas and electric meters are both locked in the off position. There are holes in the roof. There are <br /> broken windows with jagged glass remaining. Concrete steps are deteriorated. Interior walls,ceilings <br /> and floors are damaged from the roof leak. Most plumbing has been removed. Most electrical and <br /> heating elements have been removed. This is the old Woodrow Wilson School. <br />
