Item 2 Material Changes <br /> In this item, NIA summarizes specific changes that are made to the brochure, since its last annual update, <br /> which it believes a client would consider important(material changes). NIA provides its clients with a summary <br /> of any material changes to this and subsequent brochures within 120 days of the close of its fiscal year on <br /> December 31. <br /> As of December 2, 2013 there are no material changes to NIA's brochure since its last annual update on <br /> March 31,2013. <br /> At any time, clients may request a free copy of NIA's brochure by calling 614-435-5922, or directly contacting <br /> Kathy Nader by phone at 614-677-0127 or by e-mail at NIACompliance@nationwide.com. <br /> Additional information about NIA is also available on the SEC's web site www.adviserinfo.sec.gov.
