APPENDIX A <br /> PRIOR COUNCIL ACTIONS REGARDING THE LAKE SHORE DRIVE SEWER <br /> July 1, 2013—The City Council approved resolution R2013-67 awarding a contract for the <br /> rehabilitation of a segment of the Lake Shore Drive Sewer extending from 16`" Street to Martin Luther <br /> King, Jr. Drive along Lake Shore Drive, known as Division A, to SAK Construction, LLC, as the <br /> lowest, responsible bidder in the amount of$4,177,792. The Resolution also authorized an <br /> expenditure of up to 3%,or$125,333.76, for project contingencies, for a total authorized expenditure <br /> of$4,303,125.76 for Division A of the Lake Shore Drive Sewer Rehabilitation Project. <br /> July 1, 2013—The City Council approved resolution R2013-68 awarding a contract for the <br /> rehabilitation of two segments of the Lake Shore Drive Sewer(1) extending from Martin Luther King, <br /> Jr. Drive to Silas/Rogers and (2) extending from 161hNanderhoof to 19'x'/Decatur, known as Division <br /> B, to Insituform Technologies USA, LLC, as the lowest, responsible bidder in the amount of <br /> $1,348,734.25. The Resolution also authorized an expenditure of up to 3%,or$40,462.03, for project <br /> contingencies, for a total authorized expenditure of$1,389,196.28 for Division B of the Lake Shore <br /> Drive Sewer Rehabilitation Project. <br /> July 1, 2013—The City Council approved resolution R2013-69 awarding a contract for the <br /> rehabilitation of a segment of the Lake Shore Drive Sewer extending from 16`"/Lake Shore Drive to <br /> 25th/Eldorado,known as Division C, to Insituform Technologies USA, LLC, as the lowest, responsible <br /> bidder in the amount of$1,923,257.50.
