INFO RMATIONIREPORTS <br /> Furnish TSI the following information/reports all of which TSI may rely upon without <br /> independent verification in performing the Services. <br /> 1. Plan view maps of the sewers/pipelines to be surveyed. Plan view maps shall <br /> provide sufficient detail to accurately identify locations,size, and depth where <br /> available. (Typical scale: T'=29 to 1 W) <br /> B. REPRESENTATIVE <br /> Designate a representative for the Project who shall have the opportunity to transmit <br /> instructions,receive information, interpret and define Client's policies and make decisions <br /> with respect to the Services. <br /> C.
