6 t a <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, pursuant to Article 7, Section 10 of the Illinois <br /> Constitution of 1970 and the Provisions of Intergovernmental Cooperation Act and otherwise <br /> City of Decatur Illinois hereby designates the Law Enforcement <br /> Training Advisory Commission, Mobile Team Unit#10 as a Mobile Team In-Service Training Unit <br /> as described under Public Act 82-674 and LETAC is given authority to contract with other units <br /> of government for similar purposes; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, City of Decatur. T11 inni c from <br /> time to time at the discretion of their ruling government body, may appropriate, allocate and <br /> direct to be paid to the Law Enforcement Training Advisory Commission, Mobile Team Unit#10 <br /> certain sums of money to be used as compensation for regional training services, required local <br /> matching funds, and to generally support their continuing efforts for the benefit of <br /> Ci tg of Daratiirr, T11 inois and other local governmental units <br /> of the region; <br /> Cit of Decatur, Illinois <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Y hereby <br /> agrees to cooperate with other local units of government within the LETAC region to promote <br /> improvements in Law Enforcement Training and availability of the same within commuting <br /> distance and hereby endorses the authorized services of LETAC as set out in its charters and by- <br /> laws and further authorizes the LETAC to apply for, receive, utilize and expend such Federal or <br /> State Funds as might be available, all in accordance with applicable law. <br /> Signed <br /> NOTARY <br /> SEAL <br /> Dated <br /> Attest: <br /> Dated this day of 20 <br />
