North Street Sidewalk Vault <br /> City Project 2014-33 <br /> June 18, 2014 <br /> ' ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> TO PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR: <br /> ' NORTH STREET SIDEWALK VAULT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2014-33 <br /> DATED JUNE 18,2014 <br /> ' AD-1-1 NOTICE <br /> 1.01 This Addendum No. 1, dated June 18,2014,to the Plans, Specifications <br /> and Contract Documents for the above captioned project, supersedes all <br /> contrary and conflicting information of the above mentioned bid proposal <br /> documents, which are hereby supplemented in certain particulars as <br /> ' follows <br /> AD-2-1 BID PROPOSAL <br /> ' 2.01 The pay item for Fence Removal has been added to the Bid Proposal as <br /> follows: <br /> X7010216 TRAFFIC CONTROL AND PROTECTIOI\ L SUM 1 <br /> (SPECIAL) <br /> ' Z0022800 FENCE REMOVAL FOOT 86 <br /> XXXXX100 VAULT CONSTRUCTION EACH 1 <br /> AD-3-1 PROJECT PLANS <br /> ' 3.01 Fence Removal has been added to the Summary of Quantities. <br /> 3.02 Fence Removal has been added to the Removal Plan. <br /> ' AD-4-1 SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 4.01 Traffic Control and Protection, (Special) has changed as follows: <br /> It is the intent of the City that all streets under this project shall be kept open to traffic at all <br /> times unless permission is obtained from the Engineer to close said lane and/or street. The <br /> ' adiacent parkins; lane to the vault may be closed and barricaded by the contractor for the <br /> duration of construction. In the event that it is necessary to close the lane and/or street, the <br /> Engineer shall be consulted to obtain permission at least 48 working hours in advance of <br /> ' the proposed lane and/or street closing. <br />
