RESOLUTION NO. 82014-77 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR <br /> ANGLE CROSSING ROAD IMPROVEMENT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2014-07 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2014-07, Angle <br /> Crossing Road Improvement Project, and presented herewith, be received and placed on <br /> file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Tyrolt, Inc. d/b/a Dunn Company, in the amount of <br /> $103,463,be accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Tyrolt, Inc. d/b/a <br /> Dunn Company, for said plan for their bid price of$103,463. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 7th day of/July, 2014. <br /> J <br /> Micli;aeft.
