The City shall rehabilitate the roadway pavement for a 2 mile section of <br /> Angle Crossing Road from County Highway 25 to the new Basin entrance with a chip <br /> and seal treatment. The initial aggregate would be a 1 inch aggregate, followed :by a <br /> standard chip aggregate (approximately 3/8 inch) as identified in Exhibits 2A and .213 <br /> which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br /> 5. The City shall apply and grade .2 inches of CA-6 rock on the 0.27 mile <br /> section of Angle Crossing Road-from-the existing north Basin entrance to the new Basin <br /> entrance as identified in Exhibits 2A and 2B. <br /> C. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES–ANGLE CROSSING ROAD. <br /> i <br /> r <br /> 1. The City agrees -to .prepare -the necessary plans and _specifications per <br /> Illinois Department of Transportation requirements -to let and award a contract to .a <br /> qualified Contractor. <br /> 2. The City agrees -to oversee any construction of the .above referenced <br /> section of Angle Crossing-Road. <br /> 3. The City agrees to schedule construction in -the late spring .or =early <br /> summer of 2014 if-possible. The work would be completed-.prior-to the-road being .used . <br /> 'to transport sediment-for-the Corley Landfill project. <br /> 4. The City agrees-to repair any portion of the reconstructed 2 mile:section -of <br /> Angle Crossing Road that is damaged due-to the transport -of sediment for the Corley <br /> .Landfill project. j <br /> `5. Commissioner agreesthatthe City has no obligation to improve-shoulders, <br /> reconstruct ditches, improve side slopes or purchase of -right of way of the above- <br /> referenced roadways. <br /> D. COMMISSIONER RESPONSIBILITIES ANGLE :CROSSING ROAD. <br /> 1.
