not limited to, comprehensive general liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage, <br /> and workers compensation insurance. The coverages under said Intergovernmental Agreement <br /> further include, but are not limited to, theft, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy, false <br /> arrest, false imprisonment, unlawful detention and such other coverages as were deemed <br /> necessary by the parties thereto. <br /> 10. Previous Agreements. All previous Agreements heretofore entered into by the <br /> City and the Authority are not, by this Agreement, hereby impaired or limited in any manner and <br /> said previous Agreements, as amended, remain in full force and effect. <br /> 11. Entire Agreement of Parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement of <br /> the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all negotiations, prior <br /> discussions and any preliminary agreements. <br /> 12. Modification. This Agreement may not be modified or altered except in writing, <br /> signed by the parties hereto. <br /> 13. Headings. The headings contained herein are for convenience only and shall not <br /> be used to define, explain, modify or aid in the interpretation or construction of the contents. <br /> 14. Notices.
